Vương Xuân Nguyên (born May 7, 1980) is a journalist,[2] social activist[3], ornamental plant expert, and rural development expert in Vietnam[4]. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Rural Development Science[5], head of the Department of Culture and Development E-Magazine[6], and chief of staff of the Hanoi Ornamental Plant Association.[7][8]
